Semi-flexible working hours

Monthly work hour management and flextime system (although some employees on a certain grade level will be required to work during the core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PH time.) allowing employees to decide their start and end times and working hours for the day.

Monthly General Meeting

Once a month, a regular monthly meeting is held online to share important information and share information from HR and the tech side.

Buddy System

For the newly hired to adapt well to Geco's working style and culture, and as a form of moral support, a buddy will be assigned to them, initiating short casual meeting sessions to be more proactive in opening the line for communication.

Self-learning support system

The self-learning support system reinforces the promotion of the growth of employees. It is a support system for employees to start studying based on their desire to improve in areas of interest and upskill. By self-learning, employees will have more depth in their knowledge and acquire skills that are useful in actual work.

Happy Hour

Project achievement reward system. When a project is released, we celebrate the milestone by holding an online Happy hour with the team involved. Project members meet virtually and enjoy their snacks and drinks, which is a treat from the company.
